2026 Honda Passport

The 2026 Honda Passport is powered by a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that produces 285 horsepower. It is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters. The second-generation i-VTM4 all-wheel-drive system with Trail Torque Logic provides increased torque capacity and faster response compared with the previous system. Seven selectable drive modes allow the driver to choose between Normal, ECON, Sport, Snow, Trail, Sand, and Tow settings. The Passport also features 8.3 inches of ground clearance, a 23-degree approach angle, and Hill Descent Control. When properly equipped, it can tow up to 5,000 pounds.

The 2026 Honda Passport seats five adults, and Honda states that the rear seats provide nearly as much legroom as the front seats. Heated front seats, power-adjustable front seats with driver memory, tri-zone automatic climate control, and 14 cupholders are standard throughout the lineup. Ventilated front seats and second-row climate controls are included on the TrailSport Elite and TrailSport Elite Blackout. A one-touch 60/40 split fold-down rear seatback provides additional room for cargo. Storage bins beneath the cargo floor can hold and organize smaller items, emergency supplies, and tools. A panoramic moonroof is standard on the TrailSport, TrailSport Blackout, TrailSport Elite, and TrailSport Elite Blackout. A power tailgate is standard on every trim, while the TrailSport Elite models add hands-free access and Walk Away Close.

Every 2026 Honda Passport includes a 12.3-inch color touchscreen, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, Google built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and a wireless phone charger. Google built-in provides access to Google Assistant, Google Maps, and compatible apps. Alexa Built-in is also available for supported voice commands. Four USB-C charging ports are positioned throughout the cabin. Wi-Fi hotspot capability is available with a qualifying AT&T data plan, and compatible over-the-air updates can be delivered wirelessly to the vehicle. With an eligible HondaLink Remote package, users can access supported functions such as locating the parked vehicle, remotely locking or unlocking the doors, starting the engine, and adjusting the cabin temperature. The TrailSport Elite and TrailSport Elite Blackout include a Bose premium audio system with 12 speakers and a subwoofer.

Honda Sensing safety and driver-assistive technology is standard on every 2026 Honda Passport. The suite includes the Collision Mitigation Braking System with Advanced Pedestrian Detection, Road Departure Mitigation System, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow, and Lane Keeping Assist System. Blind Spot Information with Lane Change Assist, Cross Traffic Monitor, Traffic Sign Recognition, Driver Attention Monitor, parking sensors, and a rearview camera are also included. These systems use cameras, radar sensors, alerts, and, under certain conditions, steering or braking assistance. Hill Descent Control is designed to help regulate braking while traveling downhill. The TrailSport Elite and TrailSport Elite Blackout add a multi-view camera system with TrailWatch for additional views around the vehicle.

The 2026 Honda Passport is available in seven configurations: RTL, RTL Towing, RTL Blackout, TrailSport, TrailSport Blackout, TrailSport Elite, and TrailSport Elite Blackout. The 2026 Honda Passport RTL includes the 285-horsepower V-6 engine, i-VTM4 all-wheel drive, heated front seats, leather and cloth seating, Google built-in, a wireless phone charger, and a power tailgate. The RTL Towing adds an integrated Class III trailer hitch with a wiring harness. The RTL Blackout adds 18-inch black alloy wheels, HPD center caps, black wheel lug nuts, and black Honda badges. The 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport adds all-terrain tires, an off-road-tuned suspension, skid plates, high-visibility recovery hooks, a heated wiper zone, an integrated Class III trailer hitch, and a panoramic moonroof. The TrailSport Blackout adds black wheels, HPD center caps, and black Honda badges. The 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport Elite adds the multi-view camera system with TrailWatch, heated and ventilated front seats, perforated leather seating, integrated rear-door sunshades, a Bose premium audio system, and a hands-free power tailgate with Walk Away Close. The TrailSport Elite Blackout combines those features with black alloy wheels, HPD center caps, and black Honda badges.
